After a successful carreer at Henkel (Düsseldorf), Germany`s leading detergent and cosmetic supplier, she switched to marketing consulting in 1987 with initial focus on brand diversification and strategic brand leadership.
Her first book on "Imagetransfer" won the first prize of the Markenverband (German branded goods organisation) in 1983. She is author of several books and business articles.
